Principal & Interior Designer
I started Jennifer Ribek Inc. in 2010 and have been blessed with great success designing homes from Florida to New York. Design is my true passion and I get to live it every day. I was born and raised in New York and graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a degree in Interior Design. I moved to sunny South Florida 12 years ago with my husband Rich. We now have a 5 year old son Brody who is our greatest joy, and a mini schnauzer named Luna.
Over the past decade, I have designed beautiful spaces, mastered my skills and developed valuable relationships within the industry. I spent several years designing luxurious kitchens with custom made cabinetry. This knowledge is what allows me to stand out amongst other interior designers. I attribute my success to meticulous attention to detail, a close designer-client relationship and personalized service.
My aesthetic is sophisticated & unique. I love bold patterns and color, but am not limited to one style. Getting to really know and understand my clients vision is what allows me to create their dream space. Understanding their lifestyle, is essential in creating a space that works for the entire family.
Outside of my busy design practice, I am member of the Junior League of the Palm Beaches, and The American Society of Interior Design. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, days at the pool, cooking for friends and traveling.
"My years of experience, passion for beautiful fabrics and furnishings, and in-depth knowledge of custom cabinetry, have all contributed to the one-of-a-kind spaces I create for my clients every day."
Amy received her Bachelor’s of Science from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. She was on the Dean’s List all four years and won “Best Portfolio” in her graduating class. From there, she worked for a hospitality design firm that is one of the top 5 global firms in the world. While gaining an immense amount of knowledge and working with such talented designers, she left to pursue a different world of interior design, one that felt more personable, hands-on and fulfilled her creative soul.
Amy grew up in southern Delaware, where slow living, beaches and farm life were the norm. Outside of work, she enjoys painting large-scale canvases and botanical watercolor art. Her days are filled spending time with her husband Jimmy, going to the beach with friends, listening to live music, and biking around Palm Beach Island.
